

My Policies
Please read the the polices of the treatments you're booked in for and the polices below the treatment options
Deposits, Lateness & Cancellations:

- Before I can accept your booking; you will be required to pay a £10 deposit per treatment; if the treatment is under £10, the treatment cost must be paid in full and acts as the deposit until treatment is completed. If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours or less before your appointment time, the deposit will be non-refundable.

- You will have 24 hours from requesting the appointment time to pay the deposit; if the deposit isn't paid within 24 hours of requesting the appointment time, the time slot will then become available for someone else to request.
- Lateness: If you're late to your appointment, I will be limited on what I can do in the remaining time, I will try my hardest to fit it in, but it depends on the treatment and remaining time. I might not be able to do everything wanted in the appointment (eg nail art, shortnening of nails or change of shape) or having to cancel the appointment depending on what the appointment is (eg. Lash Lift & Tint require a set amount of time to complete the treatment as you have to do each step). If I have to cancel the appointment due to not having enough time or I'm unable to complete everything in the treatment (eg. add on of nail art), you will lose the appointment deposit and/or the add on deposit, this comes under my deposit policy.

- Arriving at appointment: Due to not having a waiting area, please can you arrive at your appointment time, if you're turning up early I could either still be with my client, setting up for the next client or taking a bathroom break.
- Parking: If you're parking on my drive, please can you park as close to the wall as possible and as far back as possible, this is to prevent my family from being blocked on the drive. There is always street parking outside my house if you don't want to park on the drive.

- If you're ill, please can I ask that you reschedule your appointment. This is because I have very vulnerable family members and some of my client are also vulnerable, also the risk of me catching it and having to cancel appointments which will result in loss of income.

Payment:
- Bank transfers (Preferred)
- Cash payments (Correct amount as I rarely have change)
- Card Payments (If payment is over £50, I ask if it can be paid by bank transfer or cash to keep transaction fees low)

Other Policies:
- My salon is a child free salon, I ask that you don't bring your children to your appointment.; this is due to the risk of your child hurting themselves or damaging my stock.
